Ingredients

    Fresh Shrimp (18 medium, whole)
    Red Onion (1 medium, chopped)
    Fresh Pineapple (1 cup, chopped)
    Orange Bell Pepper (1 medium, chopped)
    Fresh Mushrooms (18 medium, whole)
    BBQ Sauce (6 Tbsp)

Directions

* Soak wooden skewers according to directions
* Mix shrimp with BBQ sauce in large Ziploc bag, and set aside to marinate
* Chop onion, bell pepper, and pineapple
* After shrimp has marinated for 10 minutes, layer skewers with shrimp, onion, pineapple, and bell pepper
* Barbeque for about 10 minutes, rotating skewer every couple of minutes
* Let sit for 2-5 minutes before serving/eating
(makes 6 kebobs)
