Ingredients

6 cups water
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. (3 oz.) Oriental-flavor ramen soup mix
2 cups thinly sliced carrots
1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
8 oz. salmon, cooked, boned and flaked
2 cups sugar snap peas (or snow peas)
4 green onions, diagonally sliced
1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
1 tsp. grated peeled gingerroot
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
pepper, to taste
Directions
Makes four servings — about 2 cups per serving
In large saucepan bring 6 cups water and 1 tsp. salt to boil.
Add noodles (reserve seasoning packet for later).
Add carrots and broccoli and simmer for 2 minutes.
Add shrimp, sugar snap peas, green onions, garlic, gingerroot, seasoning packet and sesame oil. Simmer 1 minute, or until peas are tender-crisp.
Serve immediately.
