    1/3 cup olive oil

    3 cloves garlic, crushed

    1 TB vinegar

    1 TB rice vinegar

    1 tsp dill weed

    1 tsp parsley

    2 lbs prawns, cooked, shelled with tails on (I use Contessa frozen
    prawns, large size)

    salt & pepper


Remove all excess moisture from prawns. Combine all other
ingredients in a large ziplock bag. Add prawns. Marinate for 24
hours. Serve.
