Ingredients

    Shrimp, raw, 16 oz
    *Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Spirals (Pasta), 16 oz
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 bunch
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp
    Ken's Steak House, Lite Caesar Salad Dressing, 2 Tbsp, 1.5 serving
    Olive Oil, .5 tbsp
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 cup

Directions

Peel, remove tails, and devein shrimp. Remove tops from broccoli. Cook pasta according to package directions. Add broccoli to pasta 3 minutes prior to end of cook time, drain. While pasta is cooking add olive oil to a hot skillet to coat, about a 1/2 tbsp. Add shrimp and red pepper flakes, when shrimp starts turning pink, add ceasar dressing. When shrimp are pink, add to pasta. Add parmesan cheese, mix well and serve. Left overs are good served cold as a salad.
