Introduction
These Joe's aren't sloppy! They are trim, lean and very metrosexual. I use a dry rub seasoning and some crushed red pepper to balance out the sweetness from the bbq sauce (Montgomery Inn BBQ Sauce is my preference). I actually serve them on mini Kroger brown 'n serve dinner rolls (80 cal) with about 1oz of meat on each one. You can cut the calories in half for that. Great for mini party sandwiches. (We made them for the superbowl 2010). Also good with added chopped veggies, then serves inside of lettuce wraps. These Joe's aren't sloppy! They are trim, lean and very metrosexual.
