Makes 3 Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

3 Boneless Skinless split chicken breast - tender removed
6 T Kellogg's Corn Flake Crumbs
1 Egg (you'll end up with some left over, that's how I got the .75 egg)
.25 Skim Milk
6 Slices Jennie-O turkey bacon
.33 C Fat Free Shredded Cheddar
Various spices to taste ( I used crushed red pepper, black pepper, sea salt, garlic salt, and minced onions - all are NOT included in calorie count bc they only make a minute difference)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350, spray 9X13 pan with PAM
Pound chicken breasts to .25 inch thickness
Partially cook bacon in microwave on HIGH for 60 seconds (I don't know why I do this, I just like to be extra sure)
Layer cheddar and bacon on each chicken
Roll Chicken breasts, secure with toothpicks
Whisk egg and milk in separate bowl
Mix breadcrumbs and spices in 3rd bowl
Dip rolled chicken breast into egg mixture then into breadcrumbs. Make sure you get every part covered!
Place in pan. (Repeat for the remaining chicken breasts)
Cook for 30-35 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and chicken is no longer pink when you cut into it. (My oven is tempermental, so I have to cut into it.)
