    1 Cup Oatmeal (uncooked)
    3 Tbsp Smart balance Peanut butter
    1 Cup Milk (2% or less)
    2 Tbsp Benefiber (disolved into milk)
    1 Cup Ice
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 - 2 Tbsp of choclate Syrup (for flavor)


Mix all ingredient into blender or smoothie maker.
BLEND and then enjoy.

Makes about 2.5 to 3 cups

High in fiber
High in "good" fats (unsaturated and omegas)
Low Sodium and high potassium
