Ingredients

    - 8 large eggs
    - 1/2 cup chopped fresh herbs, such as flat leaf parsley, basil and tarragon
    - 1/2 cup 1% milk
    - 1/2 of a medium onion, finely chopped
    - 2 tsp. oil
    - 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
    - 2 Tbsp. KRAFT 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat eggs, chopped herbs, milk and onion with wire whisk until well blended.

Heat oil in 8-inch (20cm) ovenproof skillet. Pour egg mixture into pan. Cook, without stirring, 4 min. or until edge just begins to set. Top with tomato slices; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake in skillet 20 min. or until centre is set. Let stand 5 min. before sliding onto large platter to serve.

Make Ahead
The frittata can be baked, covered and refrigerated for up to 1 day. Reheat to serve.
