Introduction

Great way to do quick shrimp for over rice or salad. This is a single serving, just multiply everything but the oil (use max of 1 tbsp oil for larger amounts) by the number of people you have. Ingredients

    1 tsp Olive oil
    1 tbsp finely chopped onion
    1-2 cloves finely chopped garlic
    5 oz raw shrimp or prawns
    1 tsp dried dill or 1 tbsp fresh dill
    a squeeze of lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat heavy skillet. measure in the oil add onion, garlic, shrimp and dill. Cook just till the shrimp are pink and beginning to curl. Squeeze the lemon juice over and take off the heat immediately. Serve over rice or on top of a lovely salad.
