Introduction

Neovo cookware is designed to cook without oil and to improve flavor and health value of foods. The lid is specially designed to seal to the pot and create a pressure cooking situation. Cooking it according to the given directions produces a nice, moist meat loaf. You could try these ingredients and cook it some other way. I've only made it in the special pans per the directions that came with the pans. Neovo cookware is designed to cook without oil and to improve flavor and health value of foods. Ingredients

1 lb turkey burger (original recipe calls for beef, recipe calculator calculations are based on turkey)
    1/3 cup ketchup
1/2 cup oatmeal (or you can use dry bread crumbs)
    1 egg
    1 medium onion
    1 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper

    topping:
    1/4 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp Sucanat (or brown sugar)
    1 tsp dry mustard

Directions

Directions:
1) In a mixing bowl combine burger, 1/3 cup ketchup, oatmeal, egg, onion, salt & pepper. Using your hands, blend well. Lightly pack meat loaf into 8 inch skllet so it touches edges.

2) Mix 1/4 cup ketcup, brown sugar, and dry mustard; spread over top of meat loaf. Cover pan and cook on MEDIUM until vapor begins to escape through lid (about 20 minutes). Turn heat to LOW and bake an additional 10 minutes.

Hint: Do not overwork the meat or it will produce a meat loaf that is too tightly packed.

Makes 4 - 1/4 pound servings
