Ingredients

    1/2 cup oil
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup flour
    2 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    2-3 (ripe) bananas
    1/2 cup of chocolate chips ( optional) (not added in nutritional value above)

Directions

Mix Dry ingredients then add wet ingredients. bake in 9x5 loaf pan or makes 10 muffins for appx 45-55 min
