    2/3 cup Ocean Spray Craisins
    2 cups Dole Shredded Red Cabbage
    2 Cups Fresh Express Baby Spinach
    2 Chicken Breasts, cooked. (I do mine in the Foreman)
    4 tbsp Kraft Light Zesty Italian Dressing
    4 La Tortilla Factory Low Carb Tortillas


Cut the chicken breasts into cubes.
Mix the Spinach, Cabbage, Cranberries, and 2 tbsp of the dressing into a bowl, coating everything well. Add the chicken cubes and the remaining 2 tbsp of dressing. Toss again till all is coated well. I divide the mix into 4 containers to be able to take to work. Take 1 container along with one tortilla. When ready, place mix in top center of tortilla, flip up the bottom and roll in the sides and you're ready for lunch!
