Introduction

A sneaky way to get kids to eat their vegetables, and add a protein and fibre boost at the same time! A sneaky way to get kids to eat their vegetables, and add a protein and fibre boost at the same time!
Number of Servings: 48

Ingredients

    *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.75 cup
    *Flour, white, .75 cup
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed
    Old Fashioned Oats, 3 cup
    Raisins, 1 cup (not packed)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Beans, Navy, mashed 1 cup
    Unsalted Butter, melted 4 tbsp

Directions

Combine dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately. Blend wet and dry ingredients until moistened, then stir in raisins. Drop from tablespoons onto parchment paper lined cookie sheets, or grease with low fat cooking spray.

Bake at 350 degrees C for 20 minutes

Makes about 4 dozen cookies
