Ingredients

    chicken breast skinless and boneless
    tomatoes with chilies canned
    wild rice
    brussels sprouts
    onion
    extra light olive oil

Directions

Brown chicken breast using olive oil on both sides making sure chicken has cooked thourougly.
drain off olive oil add tomatoes and let simmer 10-20 minutes under low heat.

cook wild rice according to package directions making enough for 4 servings.

boil brussle sprouts until tender drain off water
put 1 tablespoon promise magarine into a skillet sautee onions until tender add brussle sprouts and coat well.
makes 4 servings
