Ingredients

    2.25 Kg Bag no name frozen hashbrowns, thaw for quicker cooking time
    4 cans cream of mushroom soup, no name
    250 ml fat free sour cream
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Mix all together. Could put cornflakes on top. They are not included in the nutritional value. Put in pan. Bake @ 350 for about an hour. Makes 24 servings.
