Ingredients

    1/3 C. Stir Fry Sauce ( I used Szechuan Stir Fry Sauce, very spicy!)
    1 Bunch Broccoli
    1 Bell Pepper (Any Color)
    1 Minced Clove of Garlic
    1 lb. Chicken cut into strips
    1 Medium Onion, sliced
    1 Bag (16oz) Frozen Stir Fry Veggies
    1 C. Long Grain Rice - Cooked

Directions

Saute Chicken and Onion. While that cooks, steam broccoli and bell pepper. (steam bags work well in the microwave!)
Cut up rest of veggies.
Add Stir Fry Sauce to Chicken and Onions, cook about 5 minutes.
Add rest of veggies. Stir everything together, cook until veggies are done. Add soy sauce if necessary!

Serve with rice!
