Introduction

Ingredients

    Shrimp: Gold Star Seafood, Shrimp, cooked, tail-on, 12 oz (I used 24 shrimp in all, providing 6 for each serving)
    garlic (1 clove=3g), 6 gram(s)
    Barilla - Whole Grain Thin Spaghetti (1/7 box = 2oz = 57g), 14 oz
    Sun Dried Tomatoes, 56.70 grams
    Basil, fresh, 1.00 cup

Directions

Devein and deshell shrimp. Season lightly with salt and pepper, if desired. Boil the pasta. In medium-large skillet, spray with Pam, and cook garlic and sundried tomatoes for 5 minutes at med to med-high heat. Add shrimp and cook in this pan til done or heated through, 2-3 minutes. Add all to the cooked pasta and toss. Add in the chopped basil right before serving!
