Ingredients

    1 1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1/3 cup Flour
    1/4 cup Packed Brown Sugar
    1 tsp Ground Ginger
    1 tsp Ground Nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp Cinnimon
    1/4 tsp Cloves

    1 1/2 cup Skim Milk
    5 1/2 tbsp Butter or Margarine
    2 tsp Vanilla extract
    1 Egg

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients
Mix all wet ingredients
Mix both together

Cook on frying pan with melted butter.

Makes Approx. 21 pancakes.
