Introduction

Same as the chocolate chip pudding that is already listed, I just changed the amounts up to something simple I can remember every time. That and I wanted to see how this recipe maker works ^_^

Ingredients

    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup brown sugar (not packed)
    1 cup unsalted buttah
    1 ginormous egg
    Dry choco pudding mix
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 cup Quaker oats
    1 cup choco chips

Directions

Mix softened butter and sugar together with hand blender. Hand mixing is a good calorie burner I hear, but it doesn't make for the fluffy very well. Add in the puddin, egg, soda, vanilla, and cinnamon and blend again until smooth. Then work in the flour in 1/2 cup increments. Then you can work your muscles out by hand stirring in the oats and chips.

These do make big calorie cookies, thus, they are great for a one cookie a night treat. Seriously, I only need one! I put mine in the fridge...and heat one up for about 20 secs in the microwave and tada.

350 for 8-10 mins. Have fun!
