Ingredients

    1 lb. ground elk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can condensed Chicken with Rice soup
    1 c. Wild Rice (raw)
    1 c. White Long Grain Rice (raw)
    1 can sliced waterchestnuts
    4 T. Soy Sauce
    3 c. Tap Water
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    6 oz. pkg Chow Mein Noodles

Directions

Brown elk meat, onions, and celery together. While meat is browning, mix all remaining ingredients (except chow mein noodles) in a large baking casserole. Add browned meat and stir well. Place in 350 degree oven uncovered for 45 minutes. Take out of oven stir and then top with package of chow mein noodles. Return to oven for 15 minutes more.
