Ingredients

    Pre made Pie Crust
    2 cups lowfat mozzerella cheese
    2 tablespoons flour
    1 pkg of fresh spinach - cooked drained
    1 cup 2% milk
    1/4 cup lowfat cottage cheese
    1/4 cup parm cheese
    2 eggs lightly beaten
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350
Place pie crust in pie plate
toss cheese and flour in bowl
add spinach, milk & eggs
season with salt & pepper
mix well
pour in crust
bake one hour or until set
