Ingredients

    3 bananas mashed
    1 cup flour
    1 egg
    1 cup applesauce
    3 T raw sugar
    3 t baking powder
    2.5 cup oats
    1/4 cup milk
    4 cups nuts/raisins
    3 T oil

Directions

Mix all ingredients (adjust to taste; you can add ½ tsp. of salt if desired). Drop approximately 3 tablespoons full of mix per bar onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
