Ingredients

    1lb of Lean Ground Beef
    100% Whole Wheat Lasagna (24 sheets)
    Cottage Cheese (750mg)
    Ricotta Cheese (500mg)
    1 Red Pepper
    1 Red Onion
    1 1/2 Jars of Catelli Garden Select Mushroom Sauce
    Mozzarella Cheese 350grams
    Italian Seasoning

Directions

Makes 2- 9 X 13 pans with 12 servings in each pan.
PreBoil and Prepare Lasagna Noodles, drain, rinse and set aside.
Brown Lean Ground Beef
Add Italian Seasoning (to your taste)
Chop Red Pepper & Red Onion and add to Beef
Add Ricotta Cheese to Beef
Add Cottage Cheese to Beef
Blend Mixture to remove large chunks
Mix in Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
Take 2 9X13 pans and spread 1/4cp of tomato sauce in bottom.
Lay lasagna noodles out one at a time, spoon a line of beef mixture down the centre (approx 2 heaping tbsps)
Roll up the noodle and place in 3 rows of four in the bottom of each pan.
Split and pour remaining Tomato Sauce over top of rolls.
Bake at 375 for 45 minutes
