Ingredients

    2 garlic cloves minced
    6 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp dried basil
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp ground balck pepper
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp dried parsley

Directions

In a bowl prepare marinade by mixing all the ingredients except salmon.
In a pyrex 9 x 13 put salmon and cover both side with marinade and cover pyrex.
Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour turning occasionally.
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Place Salmon Filets in aluminium foil, cover with the marinade, and seal. Place sealed fish in the pyrex, and bake 40 minutes.

Good with spinach.
