Ingredients

    4 tbsp Corn Starch
    1.5 cup Light Corn Syrup
    3 C Orange Juice or other combination of Orange juice with other fruit
    1 tsp of Ground ginger

Directions

Combine Corn starch and Ginger together in sauce pan. Then stir in corn starch and juice and cook over medium heat about 5 to 7 minutes.
