    Very Good
Definitely is NOT a substitute for Mac & Cheese but as a Vegetarian meal it was excellent - very filling. It could've used spicing up so when I make it again, I will experiment with herbs, etc. DH even thought it was Okay and he doesn't like healthy foods at all. - 8/22/15

I made this side dish for thanksgiving and I really liked it. I think it's best warm out of the oven, reheated isn't as good. - 11/29/10

    Good
I tried this and while it wasnt bad, it just didnt satisfy like real Mac&Cheese does. It is a good alternative for califlower & cheese sauce. - 7/26/10
