Ingredients
-
1 lb 97/3 Honeysuckle Ground Turkey
2 cloves garlic
1 jar pasta sauce of your choice
3 eggs
16 oz pasta of your choice
2 cups shredded cheese of your choice
Directions
This recipe makes two spaghetti pies.
Brown turkey and garlic in skillet and drain, add pasta sauce until heated through. Boil noodles until al dente and drain. Beat eggs in large bowl and mix with pasta. Toss well to coat. Spread half of the pasta on the base of each pie pan and press firmly with a spoon to form shell. Spread half of the meat mixture on each pie before finishing with one cup of the shredded cheese to each pie.
Heat oven to 350 degrees and place in oven for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and SLIGHTLY crunchy on top.
Let stand for five minutes before serving (important! Otherwise it will still be too warm to form pie wedges and will fall apart).
