Ingredients

    Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Lentils, 3 cup (remove)
    Celery, raw, 3 cup, diced (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    *Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, wedges in tomato juice, 1 cup (remove)
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Put all the ingredients in the pot, turn it on and let it cook. Continue to season to taste. If you are not a vegitarian you can add chicken broth for added flavor.
