Introduction

I love this homemade granola. You can substitute olive oil for coconut oil, any kind of nut, or other dried fruit for raisins. I've also used raw honey or molasses for the sweetener. Ingredients

    6 cups rolled oats
    1 cup unsweetened coconut
    1/4 cup coconut oil
    1/2 cup maple syrup
    1 T cinnamon
    1 T vinilla extract
    1/2 cup chopped/slivered almonds
    1/2 cup raisins

Directions

Mix ingredients except for raisins and nuts. Spread out on sheet pan. Bake at 250 F for about an hour stirring 3-4 times. Remove from oven, add raisins and almonds. Store in refrigerator. Serving size about 1/2 cup.
