Ingredients

    Cabbage, finely shredded, 150 grams
    Cucumber (finely sliced with peel), 75 grams
    Carrots, raw, finely sliced, 100 grams
    Celery, raw, sliced 20 grams
    Onions, raw, sliced, 100 grams
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, chopped, 100 grams
    Cheddar Cheese, shredded, 60 grams
    Cider Vinegar
    Salt & pepper to taste.

Directions
