Ingredients

    1 cup flour
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1/2 cup water
    2 tbsp melited butter
    10 tbsp preserve of your choice

Directions

Mix flour & eggs together. Add 1/2 cup milk & 1/2 cup water & 2tbsp of melted butter. cook in oiled fry pan for 2 minutes. Apply jelly to center roll up & serve.
