    2/3 cup Madhava Agave Syrup
    1/2 cup Olive Oil
    2 large eggs
    3 medium bananas
    1 3/4 cup chickpea flour
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 cup chopped walnuts


Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all the wet ingredients by hand. Once they have mixed well add the dry ingredients. Stir until thick and well mixed.
Pour into a bread pan . Bake until golden and a toothpick in the center comes out clean. about 35-45 minutes.

  • Kudos for using alternative flours, but this isn't low carb at all. I could just slice half a banana and put it on a piece of bread and get fewer carbs than this. - 5/2/12
