Ingredients

    3/4 c splenda
    2 c oats
    1/2 c sunny boy cereal
    1/4 c golden ground flax
    1 c bran
    4 TBSP cinnamon
    2.5 c whole wheat flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    MIX all dry ingredients

    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 c egg white substitute
    3/4 c applesauce unsweetened
    1 c skim milk
    2 extra small bananas
    MIX wet ingredients

    add
    1/2 c craisins
    1/3 c walnuts
    2/3 c almonds

Directions

Bake at 350 degrees in pre-heated oven for 11 minutes
Drop 2 rounded TBSP per cookie on a silicone baking mat or pam sprayed cookie sheet
Cool on baking racks

Makes 31 - 2 1/2" round cookies
