Ingredients

    1 cup Splenda
    1/2 cup low fat butter or margarine (your choice)
    1 cup mashed bananas fully ripe about 2-5 bananas
    1 egg
    1/4 cup 1% milk
    1 and 3/4 cups Quinoa flour or whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
    2 tablespoons of Ground Salba

    For more protein add nuts. For a burst of yummy add an additional 1/2 cup of peanut butter...
    Add bake-able protein powder with extra milk /extra banana for moisture if you still need more protein.


Directions

Temperature: 350" for 45-50 minutes or until done. Grease pans. Makes one loaf. Double batch for more yummy bread cause it goes fast!
