Ingredients

    1.5 cups of flour
    1.5 cups quaker oats
    1tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    3/4 brown sugar
    3/4 cup sugar
    6 TBSP Country Crock LIght spread
    2tsp vanilla
    1 egg
    3/4 cup chopped dried apples
    3/4 carmel bits or 16 small soft carmels chopped up

Directions

I got this recipe out of a cooking light magazine... THEY ARE YUMMY... I got 45 cookies out or it.... Bake at 350 for 9 mins then let sit on pan for 3 mins
