Introduction

This is a tasty vegetarian dish with lots of protein and fibre. This is a tasty vegetarian dish with lots of protein and fibre.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    For Moong dal Pancakes - Moong dal, cumin , salt
    For stuffing - Frozen Green peas, onion, coconut, coriander, garlic, garam masala, chillies (optional) , salt.

Directions

Soak the moong dal in water for 7-8 hrs. Grind it along with cumin and sat to a consistancy of pancake batter. make pancakes on hot griddle using little oil. This makes approx. 8 pancakes.
For the stuffing.... fry onion and garlic ( and chillies- optional) with lttle oil, add garam masal and frozen peas and cook it for sometime till the peas are cooked. Add coconut coriander and salt.
Fill the pancake with 1 tbs. of stuffing and roll it to serve.

This makes 4 servings of 2 pancakes each.
