Introduction

This is my own spin on all the black bean brownie recipes I've seen. This is my own spin on all the black bean brownie recipes I've seen.

Ingredients

    Market Pantry Dark Chocolate Brownie Mix, 19.8 oz box, 20 serving
    Bush's Black Beans, 15 oz can drained and rinsed, 3 serving
    Treetop No Sugar Added Apple Sauce (1/2 cup), 1 serving
    *Grade A Extra Large White Eggs, 2 serving
    *1/2 cup water

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

In a blender or food processor, pour in the can of drained and rinsed black beans. Add 1/2 cup of applesause and 1/4 cup of water and puree well. In a seperate bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them a bit. Pour the bean mixture in with the eggs and mix well. Then, dump the box of brownie mix in and mix well.

Spray a 13x9 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray and pour in the batter. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
