Healthy! And low calorie compared to some other options. The best way to do this is make it ahead of time so all of the flavors can blend overnight. I liked it ok right after it cooked, but the next day it is ten times better. Top with fat free cheddar cheese and some crunchy tortilla strips. Healthy! Ingredients

    3 chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes
    1 can black beans
    1 can chickpeas
    1 can great northern beans
    1.5 cans diced tomatoes, no salt added
    2 tbsp chili powder
    1 sodium free chicken bouillon packet
    0.25 cup chopped jalapeno peppers
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, chopped
    4 oz can green chilis

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a crockpot on a high setting, and let warm through for 2 hours.
