This recipe is filling, tasty and easy. You can let it cook for hours on low or put it on high to warm it up- both ways turn out great. Just open and dump.
Throw in:
3 cans of Great Northern Beans
1 can of Rotell Tomatoes and Chilies
1 package of pre-prepared Tyson's grilled chicken strips
Just stir and let it warm for about 15 minutes and top with low fat sour cream
