Kilbasa and spagetti noodles sauted with spinach Kilbasa and spagetti noodles sauted with spinach
Number of Servings: 4


    6 oz spagetti noodles cooked-leftovers are fine
    1 lb turkey kilbasa
    10 oz frozen spinach
    2 TB olive oil
    2 TB minced onions
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes-more if desired
    1 tsp chili powder
    1 TB Garlic Powder


add 1 TB olive oil to saute pan and heat
add slice kilbasa and saute until slighty browned and remove from pan
add spagetti noodles and spinach to pan. add olive oil to keep noodles from sticking. add spices and saute until hot and then add kilbasa. serve.
Great way to get kids to eat spinach.
