Introduction

Ingredients

    Extra Lean Ground Beef (85% lean) -14 oz.
    Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey -20 oz.
    Jennie-O Bratwurst-3 links
    Contadina Bread Crumbs (garlic & spices and plain)-1.5 cups
    Ketchup-3 T.
    Egg Beaters- 3/4 C.
    Milk, nonfat-1 C.

Directions

Mix meats together well.
Add all ingredients and mix well.
Place in a large, Pam sprayed Bread Pan.
Bake at 350 for 50 minutes (all ovens are different! Check to see if it is finished by cutting down the center at 40 min.--keep cooking if it is not ready).
Makes 10-12 servings.
