Ingredients

    1cup uncooked brown rice
    4 cups water
    1tbsp olive oil
    3 cloves of garlic, minced
    salt to taste
    lemon pepper seasoning 1tbsp
    just a dash of crushed red pepper

Directions

combine all ingredients in rice cooker and switch the cooker on. Rice is done when cooker turns off, about an hour. Makes 6 1/2 cup servings
