Introduction
My mother made this for us last time we were visiting. She didn't want to tell me what all was in it because she was afraid the spinach would make me avoid it. It's really tasty, though it looks absolutely awful! My mother made this for us last time we were visiting. Ingredients

2 cups spinach (or greens)
1 banana
1 Tbsp. rice milk
2 Tbsp. seeds (sunflower seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, etc.)
2 Tbsp. almonds
2 cups blueberries
Directions
Bled to desired consistency. Divide and serve.
Note: For purposes of nutritional calculation, we used 1 Tbsp. sunflower seeds and 1 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds for the seeds included in the recipe.
