Introduction

I decided that I wanted to add zest to my fish, which otherwise would have been boring with just rice and broccoli. I used to just make fish, rice and broccoli, then my husband would add soy sauce to his. Just adding some of the salad dressing while it cooked added zing!! Ingredients

    5 oz of Tilipia
    1 Cup of white rice
    1 cup of steamed broccoli
    2 tbs of Light Italian Dressing

    This is the servings of the items... for individual portions

Directions

Steam your broccoli and cook your rice! EASY! Then spray " I Can't Believe its not Butter!" in the bottom of a pan. Add your fish, add pepper if you desire. Pour the Italian Dressing over fish, and cover. Cook for 3-5 Minutes, and then rotate fish. Add more pepper if you choose. Once fish is done, serve up!!

The longest part is waiting for the rice to cook!! Enjoy
