Ingredients

    can of coconut milk
    2 tbsps green thai curry paste (or more to taste)
    5 chicken breasts diced in bite size bits
    3 cups diced celery
    3 cups diced carrots
    3 cups diced red peppers
    1 cup snap peas cut in half
    1 cup diced onions
    (OR.... replace previous 5 ingredients with 10 cups of veg's you like!)
    3/4 cup milk
    3 tsp brown sugar
    2 tbsp fish sauce

Directions

Place large pot on stove turn on med high heat. Dump everything in. Cook till done ~ 15 minutes ish.... eat. repeat. tastes better day 2.
