Ingredients

    16 oz pork tenderloin
    1 (14.5oz) can Organic Diced Tomatoes
    1 (14.5 oz) can tomato sauce
    1 (5.5 oz) can V8 hot and spicy
    1 cup chopped onion
    Seasoning to taste (I use Tony Chachery)

Directions

Place pork tenderloin in crock pot. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, V8, chopped onion, worchester and spices. Cover and cook on Low for 10 hrs.

Makes 4-4oz servings.
