Introduction

This is the way my grandma always made it! One of my favorites! This is the way my grandma always made it! One of my favorites!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 5oz can of chunk white tuna in water
    1 hard boiled egg (diced)
    2 dill pickle spears (diced)
    1/2 tbsp chopped onion
    2 tbsp fat free mayo
    4 rye crisbreads
    1 leaf romaine lettuce
    1 sliced tomato

Directions

Drain tuna and place in bowl with egg, pickles, onion, and mayo. Mix. Place 1/2 romaine leaf and divide sliced tomato onto each slice of bread. Spoon tuna salad mixture evenly out onto each crispbread.

Makes 2 servings.

Serve with a side salad, sliced fruit, or baked potato chips (like baked veggie chips).
