Ingredients

    *Raw Toor dal - 0.5 cup, 4 serving (remove)
    Spinach, frozen, 2 cup (remove)
    Olive Oil, 3 1tsp (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia) (remove)
    Garlic, 3 clove (remove)
    Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)

Directions

Heat oil .Add the garlic and jeera. Let it cook. Add turmeric and garam masala (I put the ready made Pav Bhaji masala !)Then add the tomatos and let it cook. Add the spinach and the toor daal. Add water.
Let it cook till the dal is cooked or for 4 whistles in the pressure cooker
