Introduction

Even if you don't like fish, you'll like this fish dish! You can also substitute other fish like tilapia, cod or haddock.
Don't be tempted to use something other than butter...a little goes a long way and it's what provides a crispy crunch to the finished product.

Ingredients

    Basa Fillets, 2 lbs (1 pkg.)
    Hellman's 1/2 the fat light mayonnaise 4 tbsp
    Lime Juice, 1 oz.
    Onion powder, .5 tsp
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp
    Bread Crumbs: Italian flavoured, .5 cup
    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp

Directions

Heat oven to 425. Spray 11" x 13" glass baking pan with non-stick spray and line with fish fillets as evenly as possible.
Mix together mayo, lime juice, onion powder and pepper. Spread evenly over fish.
Sprinkle bread crumbs evenly over top.
Melt butter and drizzle even over crumbs.
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Makes 6 - 5 oz. servings.
