Ingredients

    3 cups vegetable broth
    1 cup red lentils
    1/2 cup brown rice
    1/2 tsp basil
    1/4 tsp rosemary
    1/4 tsp oregano
    3/4 tsp garlic powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. In a Pyrex, stir together all ingredients.

Bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours, checking occasionally to stir.
